The Stephen Ministers of
First Presbyterian Church have been trained to provide emotional and spiritual care to individuals in our congregation
and in the community.
Our Stephen Ministers are compassionate, skilled, faith filled, trustworthy, and Christ-centered individuals who are deeply committed to quality one-on-one care-giving.
The Stephen Ministry is a free and confidential ministry. The identities of those who speak with a Stephen Minister and the discussions that take place in each caring relationship remain private.
